John R. Wood Properties Announced new Broad Avenue Office in South Naples

August 15, 2019 (Naples, FL) – John R. Wood Properties (JRW) announced today the official opening of its newest office located at 275 Broad Avenue South. The new office, which was formerly a renowned art gallery for many years, holds significant value for JRW because of both its historic character as well as the consistent traffic the location draws year-round.

“We were trying to find a good location in the Third Street area for years,” said Phil Wood, President of John R. Wood Properties. “This building is beautiful and ideally located, directly across from the new hotel to be built.”

JRW’s Broad Avenue office is approximately 4,500 sf and will ultimately consist of 35-40 on-site and mobile agents under the leadership of JRW’s newest Sales Manager, Paul Bocka. The building has been completely remodeled down to the plumbing and electric and the new interiors were designed to center around the increasingly popular cyber-café concept in support of agent collaboration.

The cyber-café is a concept used at most of John R. Wood’s 16 offices across Southwest Florida. The goal is to give agents a convenient place to conduct business, take a coffee break, and network with other agents regardless of where their day takes them as they show property to buyers and/or meet with prospective sellers.

Agents are free to use any of the cyber-cafés located throughout Collier and Lee Counties along with office resources including conference rooms, printing supplies, and marketing tools.
