John R. Wood Properties Names New Assistant Manager

February 15, 2017 (Naples, FL) – John R. Wood Properties (JRW) has announced the addition of Mike Dodge to the management team as Assistant Manager. In this role, Mike will rotate between the JRW offices to provide high-level consultative support to agents in collaboration with branch managers. His primary location will be the Central office.

Mike has been a sales associate with John R. Wood since 2005 during which time he has mentored new agents and acquired numerous accolades and designations for sales performance and professionalism.

The main function of the Assistant Manager is to facilitate recruiting, retention, and overall profitability for the company. Mike will provide direction and training to new agents to familiarize them with JRW’s marketing and technology programs, as well as the foundation and success behind the company’s culture.

Originally from the Lakes Region of New Hampshire, Mike moved to Florida in 1989, and to Naples in 1998. He started his real estate career as a sales associate with John R. Wood Properties in 2005 where he developed a successful business in the North Naples office. Mike has been recognized for his performance and professionalism throughout his career and holds multiple industry designations and awards that are a testament to his drive and commitment in a competitive market. Mike, his wife Annie, and daughter Jade, live in Naples where they enjoy gardening and cooking together along with rides in their antique car.
