We began our Naples home search with a call to Ellen on February 1st; on March 31st we spent our first day in our new home (having closed on March 24th). The speed of this process is likely testament enough - but the real message is in how smoothly everything went. We loved (and have subsequently purchased ) the first property we saw, but the reason we were able to make a decision so quickly was because Ellen did a great job providing both perspective and comparables in a short period of time and in a thin market - with respect to properties, communities and Naples more broadly. She always moved at our speed, explaining the pros and cons when necessary, but never pushing us!! On each step of the journey she very much came across as being driven by our best interests. She was also highly responsive - texts, calls and emails were answered pretty much instantaneously - and if she didn't know the answer herself, it was amazing how quickly she could find someone who did. Also, and especially as "out-of-towners", her recommended service providers were very reliable too. We are highly grateful that we had the opportunity to work with Ellen.

We were looking to buy a house in Audubon Country Club. Wow, talk about concierge level service! Ellen made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. She is an extraordinary project manager, always thinking ahead. She guided us each step of the way, anticipating and removing roadblocks. Ellen is incredibly proactive. Following the inspection, she volunteered to handle obtaining multiple quotes from vendors and she did so on deadline. Ellen is a wealth of information.
